I did however improve on discipline and i had to call an end to sessions early twice if not 3 times so i didnt get that many hands played but in reviewing the session they were just coolers, set over set, FH outdrawing my flushes, flush over flush etc but i have noticed that when im around the $300 or so mark down i can sometimes lose a buyin and pass over the threshold i had set to stop playing of $350 so ill reduce my threshold to $300 or 3buyins from now on before i decide to stop for the day. I just went through some hands I got on you in my PT database almost 4000. What I notice is that you call 3bets way to light against some people. For instance calling 2outerspecial is not 3betting light, you call his 3bet with QJs, this is a huge leak. Another thing I notice is that you dont valuebet enough. For instance in a pot of 50$ you hit ur flush on the river and a callingstation is in the hand. You bet 30 in 50, I would bet 40-45, he will call you anyway.
Last thing I notice is that you make ridiculous bluffs sometimes, you need to represent a real hand instead of just bluffing randomly, and you need to pick the right opponent.
These are just some quick thoughts after I went trough some of your hands without any real detail.

Well as for taking a break, with christnmas coming up i wont be playing that much. Thanks Red, 3betting was a huge leak in my game and probably a small one now, its something ive been working on but i think most of my problems came from assuming everyone is doing it light and accepting the fact that ive made a steal that didnt work out and i dont have to win every hand and take it personally, some hands i just have to let go.
Anyway i appreciate the help, i dont bluff that often and the times i do i tend to be tilting, to be honest bluffing at this level isnt profitable at all because you usually need to succeed 3 times more than you fail and its just not possible at this level, semi bluffing is a completely diffrenent kettle of fish but yeah i have noticed when i am tilting im much more prone to bluffing and its usually bad spots.
Anyway ill keep plugging away and hopefully start to turn things around soon.
